2. Stall Booking and Payments

• All stall bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Fitag Tech Expo.
• Booking will be confirmed only after full or partial payment (as per event policy) is successfully received.
• Prices mentioned on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Fitag Tech Expo reserves the right to change stall prices, layout, or availability without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the official Fitag Tech Expo email address.
• Refunds (if applicable) will follow the event’s specific refund policy, which will be shared at the time of booking.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the specified cutoff date or for no-shows during the event.

4. Exhibitor Responsibilities

• Exhibitors must comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and applicable laws.
• Any damage to venue property or other stalls caused by an exhibitor’s negligence will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
• Fitag Tech Expo reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to any exhibitor found violating event policies or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Fitag Tech Expo and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without prior written consent from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Event Changes or Cancellation
